had a very unsettling dream last night. i do not remember it fully but me and my sister got into an argument. she said something about how she thought i wasn't trying hard enough to get better and i felt so upset that i started yelling at her and telling her to stop assuming things about myself and that if i ever left home i wasn't sure i wanted to continue talking to her anymore. she started crying and that's all i remember. oof.

on a more cheerful note, i got myself to do everything i wanted to do today despite my productivity issues. i'm very proud of myself for that.
