I'm having a bit of a rough night. For some reason I feel extremely anxious. I really need to sleep but I can't, my chest feels heavy for no reason.
I know looking at my phone will make me less tired, but I think I'll stay online for an hour or so trying to distract myself. It really sucks because I was trying to sleep early for once and then this happens.
