stuff has been hard lately, honestly. my intrusive thoughts have really messed up my perception of the world and i just.... i feel scared and confusrd, but im trying my best to keep going despite it all.
i feel a little stupid that this crisis has extended for so long, and that it feels like the trigger looks stupid to other people, but this is one of the toughest experiences i've ever had.
