it's my birthday!!

 my birthday is always a difficult time for me. i struggle with the idea of getting older without having improved much as a person, but this year i feel pretty alright. it just feels like something mundane. it's nice to see that this year i am not breakjng down over this the way i would have in the past. i guess that must mean that i've made some progress with my mental health.

unfortunately, i did have a migraine last night so i've been feeling kind of woozy all of today. doesn't help that i didn't get much sleep.

one of the lost media searches i was invested on just got found today though! that's pretty cool as a birthday present.
