 I really wish I could believe in something spiritual or be a member of a religion. I want to feel that sense of devotion and wonder but I'm a skeptic at my core.

And I've been wondering, how do I feel that sense of divinity when religion and spirituality don't speak to me.

Those do sound like good ideas. I'll have to think about this a bit more.
