plans for tomorrow:

-i need to pick up my korean lessons again.

-do some more work for my youtube video.

-hopefully get some time to read more of the dn manga and rewatch the su movie. i've also been nostalgic for bfu lately, so i might watch some older episodes.

-i've really slacked off on all my lucid dreaming practice, so time to pick that up again.

How does it work to practice lucid dreaming? I would like to learn how to do it 😃

There are different techniques, but the simplest way to get started and what has worked for me in the past is to consistently implement reality checks in your daily life. Once you get used to and it becomes a habit, you'll start doing it when you are actually dreaming and become lucid. It's worked for me before, but I stopped doing it as consistently as I used to, so I haven't had any moments of lucidity in a while. Recording your dreams is also important because it helps you notice patterns that you can sometimes become aware of while you sleep, but I've also stopped doing that, which is why I'm trying to develop them as habits again.
